Workspace

Self-hosted productivity suite

Your team's whole workspace, on your own server.

Mail, files, calendars, video meetings, chat and documents. One account per person, running on one machine you control, under your own domain name. Nothing leaves it.

Six apps, one login, no per-seat licensing.

Six addresses. One server. Yours.

The suite

Six apps that already know each other.

People sign in once and everything is there: the same contacts, the same files, the same calendar. Nothing to connect, because it was never separate.

Mail

Company email on your own domain, for every person on the team.

mail.yourcompany.com

Drive

Every file the company owns, stored and shared from your own server.

drive.yourcompany.com

Calendar

Shared calendars that add a meeting link the moment you invite someone, in the first invitation email.

calendar.yourcompany.com

Meet

Video meetings that run on your infrastructure instead of somebody else's.

meet.yourcompany.com

Chat

Channels and direct messages for the whole company, on the same accounts as everything else.

Docs

Documents, spreadsheets and presentations edited in the browser and written to disk as real .docx, .xlsx and .pptx.

Why Dumont Workspace

The same tools, on the other side of the wall.

Your company's mail, files and meetings are the record of how it works. Dumont Workspace keeps that record on a machine you can walk up to.

Where it runs

On your server, not ours

Install it on hardware you own, or on a machine you rent from a provider you chose. Your files, mail and recordings stay on that disk, because there is nowhere else for them to go.

What it costs

Priced for the deployment, not the seat

Hiring your tenth person should not be a line item on a software bill. Dumont Workspace is licensed for the installation, so the cost of adding people is the cost of the disk they use.

Getting out

Open standards, so you can leave

Mail speaks IMAP and SMTP. Calendars speak CalDAV, contacts CardDAV, files WebDAV. Documents are written to disk in the same formats the rest of the world reads. Any standard client connects, and your data still opens without us.

Who gets in

One account per person

Single sign-on across all six apps. One account to create when somebody joins, and one to switch off the day they leave, which is the whole list rather than six of them.
